In-Person Registration includes:

Note: Guest tickets for the Coors Field event are available for family and friends of registered attendees.

NF Summit Registration Information

What to expect:

  • Access to all NF Summit sessions and community programming
  • Opportunities to engage with NF experts and patient advocates
  • Access to the NF resource area and exhibitor tables
  • Full meal service (Breakfast/Lunch) on Friday & Saturday
  • Light refreshments during scheduled breaks
  • Admission and shuttle transportation to the exclusive NF Summit event at Coors Field

Meals & Dietary Needs

In addition to breakfasts and lunches, light refreshments will be provided during scheduled breaks. These are included with Summit attendee registration.

Please enter all dietary and allergen requests during registration, or email our NF Summit Team at nfsummit@ctf.org.

We strive to accommodate every day dietary needs (e.g. vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free). However, if your needs are very specific or complex, we recommend making additional arrangements for your comfort and safety.


Registration Fees

Early-bird pricing is available for a limited time. Registration rates will increase after the early-bird deadline on March 31, 2026.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers

We understand that plans change, however, NF Summit registration fees are non-refundable. If this creates a hardship, please contact us at nfsummit.org.

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost. To request a registration transfer, please contact us at nfsummit@ctf.org. The deadline to transfer a registration is June 30, 2026.
